This package is our most sought after as this is what we specialize in - the day of your wedding. Simply put, this our Day of Coordination Package but we like to refer it as our Wedding Day Management Package. We come onboard 10 weeks before your wedding for hands on support but support through our planning portal starts as soon as you book us. Planning Process:

  • Questionnaire for initial consultation

  • Access to our exclusive planning portal with documents curated for clients. This includes checklists, budget management, preferred vendor list and more

  • In person or digital meeting to discuss design, logistics and overall wedding day

  • Correspondence with all vendors to distribute timeline and floor plan

  • Detailed and comprehensive day of timeline

  • Floor plan design

  • Site visit to location(s) to determine design and logistics

  • Rehearsal attendance

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence

Add On’s

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination

  • Post wedding celebration coordination

  • Assistance with any travel plans for clients and families

Wedding Day:

  • Complete set up and take down of all personal decor items

  • Vendor management including arrival, set up and pick up times

  • Timeline management to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible

  • On site management including coordination of ceremony, post ceremony plans and reception for up to 10 hours

  • Supervise ceremony and reception set up as per clients instructions

  • Coordinate ceremony including music cueing, processional and recessional

  • Complimentary use of our bridal kit (100’s of items!)

MORNING

  • Check in with all vendors

  • Wake up text to tell you how amazing the day will be!

  • Deliver breakfast/coffee if needed

  • Pick up any forgotten or last minute wedding items

  • Ensure all vendor arrivals are on time

  • Set up ceremony space

CEREMONY

  • Pin boutonnieres

  • Get parents and grandparents their corsages/boutonnieres

  • Confirm the best man or ring bearer has the rings

  • Make sure you both have your vows

  • Check the DJ has the right songs and confirm a sound check

  • Line up wedding party

  • Cue music

  • Cue everyone down the aisle

  • Help gather guests for family portraits

  • Collect any decor and bring it to the reception space

COCKTAIL HOUR

  • Deliver water, appetizers and cocktails to bride and groom during photos

  • Flip ceremony space into reception space; if needed

  • Light candles, set up guestbook and gift table

  • Make sure the table seats are correct in correspondence with seating chart

  • Organize grand entrance before reception starts

  • Ensure all guests find their seats

  • Meet with the MC to make sure they are ready and feel comfortable

RECEPTION

  • Oversee vendor arrival and setup

  • Keep flow of reception on time and ensure there is no awkward “what is next?” moments

  • Coordinate any surprises (flashmob, dance club, you name it and I’ve done it)

  • Work with the MC to coordinate speeches

  • Make sure those giving speeches know when they are going and have a heads up

  • Pack up valuables and personal items

  • Assistants for guest counts over 45
