Also known as Micro Weddings, running away together or keeping it small. These types of weddings are truly our favourite. Our packages help you design and plan your wedding from start to finish. Our personal nature pairs really well with smaller weddings. We consider ourselves one of the lucky ones when we get to be a part of them. This package is also great for vow renewals and destination weddings

Planning Process:

Questionnaire for initial consultation
Access to our exclusive planning portal with documents curated for clients including checklists, budget management and more
Access to our list of preferred vendors including partnerships
Three in person or digital meetings to discuss design, logistics and overall vision
Design and styling document questionnaire including a custom inspiration board and sourcing support of decor items
Sourcing and securing all or remaining vendors
Detailed and comprehensive timeline for day of
Floor plan design
SIte visit to location(s) to determine design and logistics
Rehearsal coordination (if necessary)
Vendor management takeover to coordinate set up and arrival times
Unlimited email and phone correspondance
Add Ons
Rehearsal dinner coordination (if necessary)
Assistance with any travel plans for clients and families
Post wedding celebration coordination (for elopements)

Wedding Day:

Vendor management including arrival, set up and pick up times
Timeline management to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
On site management including coordination of ceremony, post ceremony plans and reception
Supervise ceremony and reception set up as per clients instructions
Coordinate ceremony including music cueing, processional and recessional
Complimentary use of our bridal kit (100’s of items!)
